Been an off/on customer of Macys since I was too young to even know what Macys was. Has always been in the family. Clearly times have changed and so has their customer service. Never received my package… On chat and then with a live agent was told would be issued a refund. You exchange pleasantries, they take your information and you’re assured everything will be resolved to only be left weeks later without your purchase or your money back. Then to top it off you go to rebuy the item (because they sent you an email about you having viewed/liked it) and it’s sold out. Really? And another message to review it? LOL! Huge disconnect. I wouldn’t be surprised if those in the position to do something about these issues didn’t even know.
