Some variation in quality, but not bad

A lot of other reviewers have had problems with the pillows arriving deflated–– we had one of ours arrive perfectly fluffy and one was fully vacuum sealed and remained flat after being opened. But I just stuck it in the dryer for 20 minutes and it puffed up. It's still not quite as full as the other pillow, which is a little annoying, but it's not noticeable unless you set them right next to each other and compare. Overall, 5 stars happy with the fuller pillow and 3 stars satisfied with the less-fluffy one, so giving the product an average of 4 stars.
