not black and white

Pillow came in a pink tinge plastic wrap. When unwrapped it- the pillow came out pink and black not black and white as advertised. Unfortunately it was out of the return window and was unable to return or exchange this pillow so now I’m very upset. Customer service doesn’t care and won’t even allow me to replace it. I don’t think I want to shop here again. Please check items asap. Customer service do better ! Otherwise what is the purpose of your job!
