This isn't a review of the product. It's a gift to my daughter. And it isn't in my possession yet! When I went to the store the 1st time my order & another had their label switched at the warehouse and were delivered to the wrong stores. I had not received any updates on the reorder so again I went to the store. A mgr called CS. At some point I had to verify it was my order being checked on!? I could not grasp her(CS agents) accent. So I went home thinking I would be getting an email update on status. Shortly after I was home I did get an email. I was to pick up my order that had arrived!!! It had to be in the store yesterday when I made the inquiry!! Now I must return today. None of this would have been any better, maybe worse, if I'd chosen ship. I chose Macys as I've had a credit card with them over 35 years. Let me say, based on experience, many things have greatly declined in quality and practice.

This is the best, so good I bought my sister some. She said her dark spots came off! I love how smooth it makes my skin feel. I put this on after my serum and oil, and before my cream.

After calling twice to say I hadn’t received my order, I was given another date to call back before they would believe I hadn’t received. Today I see they finally gave me my refund but there was no reason to have to go through all that.
