This isn't a review of the product. It's a gift to my daughter. And it isn't in my possession yet! When I went to the store the 1st time my order & another had their label switched at the warehouse and were delivered to the wrong stores. I had not received any updates on the reorder so again I went to the store. A mgr called CS. At some point I had to verify it was my order being checked on!? I could not grasp her(CS agents) accent. So I went home thinking I would be getting an email update on status. Shortly after I was home I did get an email. I was to pick up my order that had arrived!!! It had to be in the store yesterday when I made the inquiry!! Now I must return today. None of this would have been any better, maybe worse, if I'd chosen ship. I chose Macys as I've had a credit card with them over 35 years. Let me say, based on experience, many things have greatly declined in quality and practice.

I really like this product. I started using tretinoin recently. I put tretinoin one night then for 2 nights this product (I’m on my second bottle) It doesn’t dry out my skin. Skin is softer, wrinkles a little bit less visible.
