Poor scent reformation
I used to love the ICE moisturizer- it felt great and it had such a pleasant aroma. It has been reformulated with different scents / extracts and the new scent literally makes me nauseous. I’m so disappointed. Won’t be purchasing again.

What is happening with this product?
I loved the ice lotion. Just bought a new jar and it is grainy and thick and feels gross on my face. so disappointed. Looks like I’m going to be finding a new moisturizer.

Grainy, gritty
Like numerous other reviewers, I'm shocked by the Ice moisturizer I just purchased. I LOVE Sunday Riley, but this cream has little lumps in it and a gritty, course texture. The grit seems to absorb into the skin once you apply, but it's not a pleasant, luxurious experience. This is my third jar. In the first two jars, the cream had a lighter and smoother texture, no graininess.Clearly, this is either a bad batch or a reformulation that went horribly wrong. I would not repurchase. Sunday Riley is not doing itself any favors pretending this issue doesn't exist. It's making me lose trust in the brand.

Reformulation Failure
When I purchased this product, I was expecting the yet another amazing product from this brand. This moisturizer is not at all what I had expected and sampled many times before. I feel like I’m the victim of a bait and switch scam. I received a heavy, greasy cream with small granules in it. I think that I received a contaminated product. This moisturizer certainly could not have been released with granules. This is a product reformulation failure. Your chemists and testers really dropped the ball on this one. Too bad because I really liked the original product, but will now move on to another brand. What a disappointment.

Why did you reformulate a great product???
The original version of this product was really nice! I had no idea that it was reformulated until I opened my new jar recently. Now, it is thick and grainy. It is also greasy. I have to wash my hands twice to get them clean after using. Really disappointed.

This is my favorite moisturizer. Period.
I found ICE about a year ago and it is the best moisturizer I've ever used in my entire life. It really moisturizes! My skin feels wonderful, looks great. ICE absorbs well and smells absolutely wonderful. I can feel it's still working hours later without any greasy feel. I actually look forward to putting it on every day. Please keep ICE among your regular Sunday Riley offerings!

The best, don’t discontinue
This completely healed my barrier to the point that I no longer need tinted moisturizer ( in my 40s ). I layer over tret at night and haven’t had any dryness since I started using this. It has not triggered any cystic acne break outs either when everything else does for me. Please do not discontinue this cream, I’ve been looking for it my whole adult life.

Gaslit, will no longer buy
This pains me because like others I've used this and loved it for years. Reached out about the formula change and was told it is NOT reformulated despite me sharing the ingredients list of the two boxes I have that are different, one normal and one chunky and gritty. I have used and bought Sunday Riley products for years but lying to customers means I will not support this 'luxury' brand anymore.
