I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the Sunham T1200 TriBlend F25SS sheets. From the moment I opened the package, I could tell these were something special. The fabric feels incredibly smooth and silky—like something you’d find in a high-end hotel. The tri-blend material gives the perfect balance of softness, breathability, and durability. They fit my mattress perfectly, with deep pockets that actually stay in place all night (no more corners popping off!). After several washes, they’ve held up beautifully—no pilling, fading, or loss of that silky feel.

False Information
Their claim is that sheets fit up to 15" mattress. I have a 14" mattress, and they barely fit over the corners and don't wrap the sides. The pillowcases don't stay covering a standard size pillow. I'll admit they are very comfortable sheets. From what I've found out, is that all manufacturers claim their sheets fit the thicker mattresses, but they don't. I will admit these sheets do fit better than others I have bought.
Smooth and soft
These Queen size sheets fit well and are very soft, making them comfortable for sleeping. They have a smooth sheen texture that makes for a serene rest. The fabric did have a slight odor upon unpacking but that was eliminated after washing in cold water as per the manufacturer’s instructions. I have to admit that fabric softener was also added to help with the unpleasant smell. Since I’ve never slept on 1200 count sheets before, I’m not sure what the benefits would be. These are made in India and are of a mixed fabric content consisting of cotton, polyester and tencel. Time will tell as to how well they hold up under normal usage. I eliminated one star because the color is quite off. Instead of light blue, they are more of a sage green.
