falling apart before wearing even once

I bought this for an event on an upcoming vacation. I tried it on at home to make sure it fit (it did!, very cute) and then one more time to sort out matching coverups and start packing. When i tried it on for the 2nd time, i noticed the strap seam was ripping apart. I didn't even have it on my body for more than 20 minutes total. Worthless quality here. If it wasn't apart before wearing it even once, I'd love it!
