Added these blackout curtains to the inside of some linen curtains on French doors. My other windows have blackout shades but not the French doors. They were the perfect size and color and have really helped to darken the room and the price was amazing. I did sew them to the curtains, however, but that also worked well. There couldn't have been a better choice for my purpose.

Great Liners!
Good liners, great quality fabric. I sewed them to my drapery with a perfect fit. Gives light and insulation protection.

Sunveil did not completely block light
I bought Sunveil liners vs. Eclipse Thermaliner Blackout Curtains in 2 lengths. My apartment has an entire wall of Windows and glass Terrace doors facing the east, which means that it gets extremely bright and also warm in my apartment from about 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. every morning my wake up time is somewhere between 8:00 and 10:00, and I desperately wanted to block as much light as possible to ensure a solid night's sleep. Without question the Eclipse brand was clearly better than the Sunveil brand at blocking light. I preferred the width of the Sunveil liners (about 51 inches) vs. the Eclipse liners (about 25 inches), but the Eclipse brand is so much better that I'll sew 2 liners together to reduce the chance of gaps between liners. Also, the Sunveil liners were a light gray color, and the Eclipse liners were pure white, which i preferred for my sheer white curtains.
