Easy on the Stomach’

I did a lot of research on this before buying. As a highly competitive athlete and one who is going through perimenopause, I highly recommend this! The biggest thing is that after a difficult work out I am no longer a mushy pile of wasted space. Feel calmer and more focused, overall.
