This tastes okay and is a decent product to supplement creatine - ie its absorbable and easy to drink. It is slightly more clumpy than I would like. . . . but maybe if you have a mini blender it would be fine.

Currently prepping for the Jackpot
Currently prepping for the Jackpot 100 Miler, outside of Las Vegas on 2/15/2025 and Creatine (one of the most researched athletic supplements), is a centerpiece of my Sunwarrior stack. It fires up my engines, preserves muscle mass and helps my recovery process, which is important stuff for a 77 year old ultra runner!

Active creatine monohydrate raspberry
Easy to use and I have already seen the benefits in my workouts. I am More hydrated and have more stamina to push through higher weight towards the end of the sets. I have also noticed a faster recovery time after my workouts. I am less sore and I bounce back in a shorter window. I have found consistency in the timing and the volume makes a difference as well. Taking it at the same time in the morning seems to acclimate my body to it better. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone trying to take their workout to the next level. Mixes well with juice or just water and other electrolytes
