My decision to use this

My decision to use this product was my trust in friends that use it. This product definitely assist me with my daily protein in take. The other added ingredients are a huge plus like the amino acids. The materials consist of plant-based supplements which is is a must for me. It is great that it is also a completely hypoallergenic protein. It is easy to add to my smoothies and taste great!

The flavor was OK. I

The flavor was OK. I prefer the vanilla or chocolate. I was hoping it would be more peanut butter flavor. I have used it to make a smoothie and I have also mixed it with tofu to make a pudding. It did keep me full for quite a long time. It was easy to digest and did not cause any bloating. I also enjoy the clean ingredients.
