Product never arrived

Tracking that never connected to the website I could never get an accurate update Now the window has closed for a return yet my order was never delivered to begin with

Deliver wrong size twice

Received the wrong size twice. The first set of curtains came in, in the incorrect size. I ordered a reshipment for the correct size, and still got delivered the wrong size again. Have to wait for the items to return to the seller to get a refund. Horrible experience
