Exact replica

This Mario of my husband’s, I had accidentally broken (and he was already missing an arm). I was looking for a replacement and not only is this the exact replica but it was half price shipped from Macys direct to me so that is exciting that we have a brand new one exactly the same as the broken one! I love the service and punctuality as well!

bad shipping

I received 4 Mario's stacked together in one box I feel like they don't even care about shipping. they shoved all the Marios into one box with no padding or nothing. one rubbing against the other all the way to my house. so I received four damaged Mario figures with ripped boxes, scratches and missing paint chipped from all the rubbing against each other. I feel like eBay has way better shipping. it's just crazy that such a big store name brand can't even do shipping right? I ordered six figures and out of the six figures only one of them was decent. I kept a separate one that was kind of okay so I kept two and returned four other ones for a replacement. but I have a feeling that they're going to do the same thing and shove them all into a same box with no padding or anything. so disappointed
