Great lightweight clay

This lightweight clay is the only thing I ever use to make my pancake tumblers. Easy to use and perfect to make the tumbler light enough to still pick up easily.

Perfect for armature base

I use ultra light over my aluminum foil armatures to give me a smoother base when I build out my sculptures. It is perfect for this application.

My go to clay! Everyday!

I make a majority of smaller clay items such as charms and danglers. I need a lightweight clay to use so my sculpts aren't too heavy. This is the perfect clay without losing any quality or details. I always get asked what clay I use, and I always recommend ultralight for smaller works. As many of my commissioners are suprised at how light my final sculpts are when they get them. Great for molding intricate detail

I used bakeable silicone to make some deep molds with very intricate detail. I tried a number of different clays and was disappointed with the results. The other clays -- even quite soft ones like Cosclay -- just wouldn't pick up the detail. I decided to try Super Sculpey Ultralight, thinking the very low density would allow me to pack it into every crevice. As my molds were bakeable, I didn't have to worry about distorting the item when unmolding. I think my little Romanesco Broccoli turned out great -- what do you think?
