Men's New Hero Leather Jacket

I bought this jacket as a gift to my father. He loved it and it looked amazing on. It does run pretty small. He typically wears an M and he ended up exchanging it for an L and it was still a bit snug on him but it'll loosen up with time a bit. He can easily get an XL and it would fit him a bit looser.

Great for slim bodies.
This is a snug jacket. I’m 6’2” and 190lbs. But it fits my proportions perfectly. I purchased the large but the XL wasn’t bad either. I don’t notice the smell that others have complained about. And the leather is quite supple for such a cheap jacket ($150 with tax). It’s also very warm. Definitely a cold weather jacket.

Do not waste your money
I bought this jacket cause it looked really cool, and fitting were very tight. Within 10th wear the whole under arm area stitch got ripped. This is so poorly made that even a tailor said he can't fix this. Do not buy this. Tried to take to Macys 3 times to change it each time failed, and Super Dry won't fix under their warranty either. This is a total crap I have ever bought from Macy's
Stunning Jacket
Beautiful color, this is a Christmas gift so dont know about the fit
Good Leather and Price
I am 5’ 7” and 162 lbs. I purchased large size and fits well. Considering the quality of leather and price, it is a good jacket.

Were the sleeves not too long for you? im only asking because The model shown is 6'2 and wearing a medium and the sleeves fit him just about perfectly. If your 5'7 and wearing a large I would think the sleeves would be way too long? In my case im about 5'9 and I would also need a large but I always have a problem with the sleeves being too long for these type of jackets.
runs small-weird smell
these jackets are supposed to fit tight and not meant to be loose and wear sweaters underneath. Its NOT a style for every guy even if your ego thinks so. These jackets are meant for guys without a ton of bulk and muscle so if you are a meathead look elsewhere for a leather.
Know your size in the brand
I have purchased superdry jackets in the past so I was well aware of the size difference between US and UK sizing. I normally wear a L in jackets but I ordered the XXL and the fit is perfect, totally recommend this product.
Runs small is an understatement
Honestly not sure if this coat is worth the time. I am returning mine. The sole review said it ran small, but too large in the arms. I am between L and M, so I ordered L, this L isn't even a M. Maybe in some strange super trendy, extra slim world, this is a M, but it mentions nothing about it being a modern fit. Further, this is small all over. I don't have terribly large arms, and mine could barely fit in the armholes. I'd say it's poor quality overall, or poor quality control. I will definitely be returning it.
these jackets are meant to be smaller and tighter and worn over a tee shirt of thin shirt-not a sweater. Its the look and style of the cut. I know a larger size feel better and less tight but to me looks frumpy and baggy which makes this style look like its too big on you. Most guys with a smaller frame and under 5'9" should likely look at a small or med at the largest. I am very versed in superdry fit and while the small is snug it just looks better- thats why they make xs in these jackets from this company. Xs is not recommended but small or med is for the size of these guys in these reviews. I think many freak out cause its a slimmer fit and not all guys can get away with that look or feel comfortable in that look. The model in the adds may be decieving and they may not have the correct size on him listed as i doubt he can zip it up and the arms look short on him. Regardless a skinny guy/kid should look at the small.. while a bulkier guy at the med- once you go to large the arms get longer so it may feel better in the back(if you have muscles) but below the back to the waist in the back it will be baggy and not look right as this cut/style should look. hope this helps.
