Great styling but runs a size or two smaller

I normally wear a Large or Extra Large, depending on the cut (due to my wide shoulders). But after reading reviews on this particular brand's coats running small and suggesting getting one size larger, I ordered a 2XL. When I received this jacket, is was quickly apparent that the shoulders are narrow, so it felt a bit restrictive putting it on. Once on, it was obvious that I'd need get another size up, 3XL, due to my wide shoulders. So back it went, to the store for a refund. It's a great looking coat and it will keep you dry and warm, with its faux fleece lining. Too bad Macy's doesn't have it in 3XL. However, the SuperDry store will have it in the larger size.
