Let me tell you

I never give reviews, but felt like I really needed to express how much I love this pad. My mattress is not old(like 4 years), but since the beginning I have felt like it could be more plush. This pad is what my back needed. I don’t wake up with back pain anymore. I do however fluff it every night so I don’t have a fitted sheet over it. My preference. I have it on top of my fitted and then I have a cool thin sheet over it. Again, because I like to fluff it every night. Takes me less than a minute so not a big deal. Since this purchase, my back doesn’t hurt when I wake anymore. Chronic back pain for the past 15 yrs btw. I definitely recommend. Worth the money!

Terrible customer service

I ordered 6 items, 1 was a mattress topper which I received. The other 5 items were towels that are yet to even be shipped. When I called Customer support for this, the CS person told me this is not a macy's issue and it is a supplier issue. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the CS person hung up on me,.

Makes any mattress comfy

I arrived in a furnished home with a memory foam mattress and did not sleep well and woke up with aches and pains. I added this topper to the mattress and it made ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE. It is really comfortable, I sleep well, and when I wake up, I am not IN PAIN!
