Flat, you can fold it in half

Do not waste your money on this item. After just a month, it has gotten so flat, you can fold it in half! If i can just take my money back!

these pillows are trash

they are like old flat worn out pillows. no support to them at all. I purchased based on the reviews. not sure what other people are talking about. these pillows suck.
