Wrong color/item shipped out

Unfortunately, I ordered white curtains and was shipped marshmallow curtains. The shipping paper shows that I ordered the white but the third party company obviously didn’t verify which curtains they shipped out. So, I’m inconvenienced with having to return them and reorder new curtains. Thanks

I bought white. The description said white. Picture ‘looked’ white. Product actually had a drab grey undertone. It was not white, therefore I returned the product
