Wrong color on listing

Looks like a cute radio, but just a heads up that it is black, not red as shown/described in listing. I've ordered this twice, after the first one arrived in black and I was advised to return it and re-order it, but again it is a black radio. Because this radio is fulfilled by third party and not directly by Macy's, it is proving very challenging to determine whether this product is indeed available in red and if so, how to rectify the issue of the actual color being different than the listing, since both parties keep confirming it should be red -- yet that's not the color that is sent when ordered. If color isn't important to you, then it's a cute, compact and nice looking radio. I specifically ordered this model because I wanted it to match my red kitchen, so while I am disappointed, it is only because of the color and erroneous description on the website rather than performance (I didn't use it, since it wasn't what I ordered, so I cannot report as to how it sounds or works).
