Budget Product

This item will do the job. The questions would have is for how long? The material is light and somewhat scratchy. There's no chin cord to prevent this hat from blowing off the head - which is inevitable. Save up and buy a better hat. This one isn't worth the money.

This is The One!

I bought this for my husband, who is a hard sell for sun protection even though he needs it. He says hats are too hot and uncomfortable in the the sun, which is true, but I keep buying them for him anyway, trying to find The One. Unbeknownst to me, my husband saw this and tried it on before I could present it to him, and as it turned out to be too big for him, he thought I ordered it for myself. So when I brought it in to give to him, he was already hooked on the hat and wished it fit him! I had sized up from a L to an XL after looking at the Dorfman site, and I shouldn't have. But then again, I'm happy I did, because I love the hat, too! Women in my family have large heads and thick curly hair, so most women's hats don't fit us. This hat not only fits but looks darling on me (if I do say so myself), plus it's super light-weight, practical, and offers great ventilation and sun protection. So now I'm ordering the L for my husband, and we'll look good and be protected together!
