Sutra EZ Glider NO Go! Hope the next one is great!

I received this today & plugged it in several normal outlets in our home but it did not heat up at all. Hoping to place an order for another one as the reviews seem to be positive in all regards. Hope this was just an anomaly & the new one will be all that I would expect. I love Macy's and shop a lot throughout the year for our family and friends. Easy returns, good prices, excellent selection & great quality! Will post soon on the replacement Sutra EZ Glider.

Best hair tool

Great product easy to use and works well. I can do my hair wet to dry in less than an hour

Not my go to styling tool for daily use

It is okay. I don’t love it. It can make my hair look really nice and straight if I spend a lot of time on it. I have a chin length choppy bob and I can’t really make curls with it. I think that might work best for long hair. I gave it 3 stars because it would not be my go to tool for every day since a flat iron/curling iron/hot rollers/air dry would be faster to style it. But, it is still a nice styler. I hope that is helpful. :-)

Good purchase.

Good results as long as you go getting skilled handling it. It works leaving hair soft, straight or with waves; so versatile.
