    So bad experience

    This hair dryer started smoking and smelled burnt while I was using it. It was terrifying.

    Would not recommend this hair dryer. I had to throw it away after only a few months use.

    Disappointed

    I've been a very good Macy's customer; I think the products they offer are good quality. But this hair dryer was a total disappointment. I only use it once a week for 15 minutes, and then one day the on/off button stopped working. I've only had it a short time, but I'm really angry that I've wasted my money like this.

    Not worth it

    I got this as a gift for Christmas and within a month or two of using it the writing on the handle was gone. It doesn’t open the way it says on the dryer I had to twist it the opposite way. The diffusing attachment doesn’t lock on its loose. Really disappointed.

    There was nothing wrong with the dryer. I didn’t receive it!!! It was delivered to someone else. Macys used DoorDash for delivery. I ended up getting a refund.
