Heat button broke after a few months.

Would not recommend this hair dryer. I had to throw it away after only a few months use.

Disappointed

I've been a very good Macy's customer; I think the products they offer are good quality. But this hair dryer was a total disappointment. I only use it once a week for 15 minutes, and then one day the on/off button stopped working. I've only had it a short time, but I'm really angry that I've wasted my money like this.

Not worth it

I got this as a gift for Christmas and within a month or two of using it the writing on the handle was gone. It doesn’t open the way it says on the dryer I had to twist it the opposite way. The diffusing attachment doesn’t lock on its loose. Really disappointed.

Didn’t receive

There was nothing wrong with the dryer. I didn’t receive it!!! It was delivered to someone else. Macys used DoorDash for delivery. I ended up getting a refund.

Worst Product

This product stopped working after 5 months of minimum use. I called Macys for warranty support they mentioned they don't have any warranty. This is the expensive product compared to Revlon or other blowers we get in the market for cheap. Waste of money. Better not buy any Sutra products from Macys.

Safety Concern

I bought this in hair dryer in January but just opened about 2 months ago. The handle started getting hot and the hair dryer just started smoking. This is a severe safety issue, and I stopped using immediately. I wasted good money on a product that could have caused a fire or an injury. This needs to be checked out before something happens. Now I am without a hair dryer and short the money it cost.

⚠️ Honest Review:

This blow dryer is dangerous! After just 2 months, the handle started melting and it smells like it’s burning from the inside. You can’t use it for more than a minute without it overheating. This isn’t just poor quality—it’s a safety hazard. Please don’t buy this. It’s not worth the risk!
