bad design

the controls are the black band around the bottom of the handle. Whoever designed this doesn't blow out their hair. A switch is so much easier to use than this band control while you hold your hair wrapped on the barrel. It's awkward and how do I take it back after I've discovered this by using it? Needs to be redesigned.

Love this!

Love this, for styling while I finish drying! I use a blow dryer first to get my hair mostly dry. Then this blowout bus adds fullness and a nice finish.

Horrible product

I bought this in February and hardly use it as the performance was not as expected. Yesterday I tried to turn it on and there is light on it but no blow. It’s the first time I have ever complained in Macys for a horrible purchased and hope no one else go through the same.
