Poor delivery and customer service

I ordered this on February 3, it was to be delivered on February 9, it’s now February 12 and they don’t know where the package is! They say it’s at a distribution center “somewhere “. Absolutely the worst customer service I ever encountered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Disappointed

Ring is not what I expected. It's cubic zirconia and it looks cheap, more like custom jewelry than expensive jewelry. I've wanted LeVian jewelry for years but this is not it. I will be returning it.

The perfect I love you gift

My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years. I wanted to tell her how much I love her, but I thought the words were too cheap, so I bought her this ring as a surprise instead.
