Cheap stones

Not sure why but the stones don’t seem sturdy I ordered this twice and both times it came with a stone out the socket! Now I have to return it, even though the piece is pretty I can’t wear a necklace with a missing stone and the back and forth is a little annoying. Ill just order a real gold one at my local jewelry shop.
