Clasp Issue

Purchased in July 2025 and was only able to wear it this week. It was very hard to take it off. I slept with one earring on because I had to wait for someone to help me remove the clasp with a paring knife. Very sparkly though even if it's somewhat smaller than I would want. I would return it if I could but it's past the date already.
