Arrived broken

Earrings arrived packaged in a small plastic bag. No protective wrapping. One was broken. The unbroken earring was as pictured and beautiful. I messaged Suzy Levian through the Macy’s vendor portal. It’s been 4 days and I’ve heard nothing from them. Overall experience with this company is disappointing. Package your product as though you were proud of it and want it to arrive in beautiful condition. Also, communicating with customers should be a priority.
