COMPANY IS NOT WORTHY

I placed order on 12/12/24 Item NEVER got to “processed” been on hold close to two hours as I type trying to bring attention that the company has an issue. Why I got a email on. hristmas eve about back order for earrings is not the norm. Macy says no date available yet it allows you to order these earrings still!‼️‼️‼️‼️quite apparent delays, and unavailability, then you have to wait long periods of time to get a refund . Unacceptable chat was to no avail, all you get is apologies.
