Disappointed customer

It looks like beautiful jewelry but sadly it never gets delivered. The company needs to be taken down from the Macy’s site.

Unbelievable!

Both posts of the earrings were detached from the actual earring, the post and backings were detached from the card. Very disappointed!! Beautiful earring, but I have to send them back or find jeweler to glue the post back onto the earring so I will be able to wear them.

Waiting

I placed an order 12/25/25 for three pairs of earrings from, Swanky! I have not received them yet! I can’t get any reliable information on the order! I was told I would receive them 01/08/26… it continued to show a delivery date of 01/08/26.. As of 01/12/26, NOTHING!!!! I most likely won’t order from this company again,
