Shipping takes forever

If you have an occasion, give yourself four weeks or order a kit and make them yourself — it’ll be faster. I ordered these on the 7th. They haven’t been shipped as of the 15th. There has been no holiday — just delay. Even resellers online ship within 3 days. I’m going to ask Macys to cancel my order since it’s still in the seller’s warehouse. This is too long for anything that’s not custom.
