Received an empty box

I was so looking forward to receive this ornament. When it finally arrived. I opened the box and it was empty. What a surprise. Looked at the box and written on it was sample. I am guessing the ornament was left hanging on a tree in the store. I called customer service. I thought they were sending me out a replacement. Did not get, but at least received a refund, but I wanted the ornament.
