Order was not delivered when it said it was, asked for reship, got refund, item showed up, sent back for refund, still dont have refund. was supposed to be xmas gift. not good, no service at all. can see why closing stores

A Beautiful Crystal for My Collection

This is a beautiful "star" snowflake from Swarovski. Bought over Thanksgiving weekend, I was able to get 30% off. It was a huge discount for a wonderful piece. There are no small points or "flakes" that will easily break off. It is a heavy ornament, so it needs a firm and strong branch on which to hang.The crystal sparkles with the lights on the tree. The phone associate was helpful, kind, and efficient. She applied my gift card that would not apply online for some reason. The item was shipped quickly and the package was secure. No dents or nicks on the box, either. Thank you.
