Poor packaging

I was not happy with this purchase. On the website it did not say it was the small one, I ended up ordering a second one only to have the same problem - I wonder if there was a computer error. The first box I received was perfectly fine on the oustside but the 2 boxes that hold the ornament were completely smashed. I had to have been packed that way.
