Other occasion to buy:The wrong ornaments were ordered and sent in the Chicago Macy's. Can't give year old ornaments as gifts.

Last year's ornaments were incorrectly sent.

I wanted the 2024 ornaments. I was in Chicago and ordered more of them. The sales associate was told there were no 2024 left on the display. He ordered all the 2023 ornaments. Now I wont have any gift to share at the gift exchange as they got those ornaments last year. I will now have to make a trip to the mall to exchange them and when I re-order they wont be here in time for christmas.

Can’t truly judge the product only Macy’s who has yet to deliver either the ornament or a refund. I was told the rep would call Tuesday to reorder with the credited funds, but here it is Friday with no contact other than an email asking me to do this review!
