Beautiful Angel

I bought 5 of these as Christmas gifts and had three sent directly to recipients.. One arrived with a broken star wand. The gift recipient called Macy’s and was told not to return broken and a new one would be sent. Two weeks later called Macy’s back and was told a gift card was being issued and she should have it in a couple of weeks. She explained the angel had been a special gift and she was expecting a replacement. They indicated they would replace it but not at the sale price. She’d have to pay the price difference. Macy’s finally agreed to replace it since it arrived damaged. I was mortified she had to go through all of this. Then today, I got an e-mail that I had not returned the damaged item and needed to do so immediately. I’ll call Monday but am very disappointed in Macy’s.

Other occasion to buy:The angel is clear crystal except for her metal wings, metal waist sash, and she is holding a gold star wand. The metal parts on a Swarovski angel ornament is a new idea and it has been a few years since Swarovski put out a new annual angel ornament.

Ordering this new Swarovski angel ornament through Macy's was easy, it arrived on time in excellent condition, and was on sale during the holiday time.
