This item was shipped to my friend as a Christmas gift. The package was delivered, but the box was "Empty". So a refund was issued to me and I need to reorder a replacement. The return said "No need to return the item" - (it was an empty box - nothing to return!)

Sent an empty box
I am so mad. My package arrived today and I was about to wrap it up and decided to take a look and the box is EMPTY. I opened the white Swarovski box and inside it is a yellow box. I opened the yellow box there was nothing inside it. Just packing foam. Someone has stolen it. You would think Macys would check what they send out before it’s shipped, unless of course the person packing the order stole it. I am traveling abroad tomorrow so I have no time to get a replacement. Thanks for ruining our Christmas - this was meant to be a Christmas gift. Lesson learned - don’t order anything from Macys that is likely to get stolen.
