Defective

It was defective. I think they sent me the same one as the other reviewer. It has a split up the middle. They don't have any more of them so I guess I am stuck with it.

Love it

It’s traditional fir me to receive Swarovski star from ny girls. They buy me the large one & they are all clear! This one is beautiful on my tree & right size!!!

My Macys Swarovski Star is a Product of 2020

This should have been a very nice ornament but somehow it slipped through quality control - the star joints are not connected at the bottom and there is a slit straight up to a hole in the middle of the star. There are none left to exchange it with, and even Swarovski can't help. I was hoping for something nice to end 2020, but no, even this had to be broken. What next 2020?

Pretty but no box

Pretty, but I'm surprised is survived shipping. It came wrapped in paper in a padded envelope. No box and no certificate. And its a little dusty and smudged. I'm not sure how I'm going to store this. I think I got a displayed ornament. At least they could have put it in a jewelry box

Perfect size and weight and lots of sparkle!

Love this ornament. It is a beautiful shade of true red, not an orange red. It is just enough too...sometimes the bigger ornaments are too heavy and weigh down the tree branches. This one is perfect!
