hyperbola ring

Let's see i ordered the ring on a Monday paid extra to get it overnighted and somehow the shipping got screwed up and I never got it till friday how sad is that. then on top i open it and there's a stone missing i noticed it right away. they are sending another ring and I returned the other ring to get shipped back but still the while shipping time and rhen getting a ring missing a stone doesnt say much. they did reimburse me for the expedited shipping and gave me 10% off. but still this whole situation is ridiculous and to wait 4 days laye on shipping and then get a ring missing a stone isn't right. it's a beautiful ring and you cant go wrong for the price. Dont expedite the shipping its a waste of money.
