Too small

The crystal was very small.

software overcharge that has not been reimbursed

The earrings are beautiful. I purchased them with multiple other items and received numerous separate charges to my card, including a 72.00 overcharge that needs to be reimbursed. My bank has contacted your corporation to contest overcharge.
