Received Used item

The necklace was clearly worn and had a banged up box. The packer should never have sent. If I wanted a used necklace I would have bought off the market place sites for a quarter of the price. I have to go and return which ends up just becoming a waste of time. Really disappointed- Macy’s should have way better quality control.
