The fit of this top should be reconsidered

I really wanted this top to work for me, which is why j bought it against better judgement and some bad reviews. It's short, I'm not able to tuck it even into high waisted leggings as it pops out every time I bend down or lift my arms. The sleeves are so tight I'm pretty sure they've been cutting off my circulation, there is no way they can be worn pulled up. I think SB overestimated the stretch capabilities of this fabric, which is actually really nice and thick, but is sewn together to imitate a sausage casing. For reference, I'm size 8 and normally wear XS in SB, and I ordered this top in S.
