Thinner fabric than I expected

The quality of the construction is very good. The fabric is thinner and more transparent than I expected, requiring thought about what to wear underneath. Regarding size, I normally order a M but ordered a S - it's still sufficiently oversized to achieve that look. Also - my bad - the short cut isn't optimal for my long waist. I like it enough to give it as a Christmas present and hope she likes it. Otherwise, for that price, I'll return it to get my money back.
