Still waiting.......

I ordered several candles at the same time....all other candles have been received but this particular one is still showing processing. I ordered it on November 14th which was over 3 weeks ago. Not sure if this is the company brand having issues or what the hold up is but it has completely discouraged me from ever ordering from this brand again.
