very unflattering on a short person.

This suit is very heavy and so unflattering.The ruffles are not flowy, but instead very heavy and blocky, making an unattractive silhouette. The color and pattern are nice, but thats about it. The deep vee is very deep on me, like to my belly, all the way past my breast bone, maybe bc I am so short at 5'2".
