Beautiful earrings but packaging is not right.

The earrings were sent in the box with no earring tags, and I am not able to identify if the earrings are exactly what I ordered. The previous orders had all the tags and no boxes, this order has part of a box, and no tags attached to the earring. Why is there no consistency to the orders. I understand they are busy, but this is just frustrating to deal with. Please fix this.

Disappointed

I wanted to love these earrings. Unfortunately, the hoop was too large for my pierced ear opening. I was disappointed & returned them.
