terrible customer service

I can't even review the shoes bc I never received the correct size. I ordered my size and they sent the wrong ones. I reached out to customer service just to try and get the correct size sent and I have never had worse customer service in my life. They made promises to fix the situation and I did everything they asked of me only not to follow through on their end. Not to mention when they did respond it was rude. Will never be ordering from this brand again to avoid the horrible customer service. In the end, I never got my correct shoes. If I could give negative stars, I would.
