Obsessed
I am actually obsessed with this thing. This is a fantastic size, easy to clean, and works amazing. I was skeptical of the cooking program things, but I used this a few times to make burgers and paninis and tested out the cooking program for the burgers and it worked great. The tray to catch any oil is awesome, I love that the grill cooks evenly on both sides, and I’m just honestly really pleased with this product and surprised at how much I love it. Literally I will purchase this if this one ever gives out. I heavily recommend this if you’re looking for a solid grill to cook burgers, paninis, etc.

Nice grill addition to kitchen
Easy to use grill and the buttons are good audio guides on how long to cook the food for. Do note that the grill is heavy and will put weight on the food so try for a lower temperature first. I made a pretty small burger and wanted medium but it was more Medium Well since it was not a thick size. The plates are easy to remove and clean and the drip catcher is great to make sure you're not creating a mess.

Expensive grill to throw away after 2 years of use
The plates on this grill WILL wear out, it’s just a matter of time. We have been waiting well over a year for them to stock the bottom plate and, on checking again today, see it has been removed from their site altogether. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this throw away appliance. Highly recommend buying a competitors model.

Perfect size, perfect grill!
First impression - super easy to set up and use, small, counter top size. We started with steak and asparagus to try out the grill. The temperature of the meat was slightly overcooked, however, that may have been user error. Switching from the steak to veggies was simple. I used the temperature manually to cook those and the cooked perfectly. The clean up was easy to do also, the 3 small pieces pop on and of really easily for clean up. Final Thoughts - this indoor grill is perfect for small spaces or apartments that don’t allow grills. It heats up and cooks fast. The clean up is easy and I would recommend this to my friends and family.
