Sequins are itchy

I ordered this dress for a fancy holiday party. It's a lovely dress. The size 8 fits-- I'm petite (5' 1") 130 lbs. The length is down to my ankles but that's not a problem, makes it actually seem a bit dressier. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is that the sequins are rough and because they are all over the pattern of the dress, including down the sides and neckline, they scratch my arms and neck. It's pretty uncomfortable on my skin and I'm not sure I could stand wearing it for a whole evening. So I may be sending it back.
